Do you have a physical location and want to open a Google business page?

1️⃣ Sign in to Google
• Go to Google Business Profile
• Sign in with a Google account you want to associate with your business (preferably a professional or business account).

2️⃣ Add Your Business
• Click “Add your business”
• Enter your business name exactly as you want it displayed.
• Choose the business category: e.g., “CPR Training” or “First Aid Training.”

3️⃣ Enter Location Details
• If you have a physical location: enter your address.
• If you train at client locations or operate remotely, choose “No, I deliver goods and services to my customers” and enter your service area.

4️⃣ Add Contact Information
• Add your business phone number
• Add your website URL (if you have one)
• Optional: messaging option so clients can contact you directly from Google

5️⃣ Verify Your Business

Google will ask you to verify your business. Common options:
• Postcard by mail (most common) – Google sends a code to your address
• Phone or email verification – available for some businesses
• Instant verification – only if you’ve verified your business website with Google Search Console

Verification is mandatory to appear in Google Search & Maps.

Once verified, complete your profile:
• Hours of operation – include any special class times
• Services / Classes – list each type of CPR or First Aid training
• Photos – add professional images of classes, instructors, and certificates

• Business description – 750 characters max, describe what you offer and why clients should choose you
