Summer is quickly disappearing but we are still enjoy every day! Still out and about taking care of business. Firing on all cylinders as we work through some great projects. This is turning out to be an exceptional year. Getting some good use out of the new log truck. Which had me super excited until I had to fill the 100 gallon tank up…ouch! Bummer a tank only last a few days. 😳 600 horses will do that though. Removing trees, pruning trees, savings trees! What can ArborClimb do for you?

Running a small business means there's always another tree to remove, logs to load, trucks to drive, equipment to maintain, and a crew counting on you. I wouldn't trade it for anything, but every now and then it's important to hit pause and enjoy some time with family.

This week included a family trip to New York City to see Wicked on Broadway with Lindsey and Juliette, homemade pizza from the wood-fired oven, wrapping up the work week with Owen and Dillen on a light logging job, and bringing home our "new-to-us" 2016 Western Star log truck.

We feel incredibly blessed to be able to replace our faithful 1998 log truck after many years of service. The new truck has all the bells and whistles, and based on the smiles—and popsicles—I’d say it passed Cole and Juliette’s inspection with flying colors!

After a busy stretch, we're looking forward to slowing down for a couple of days and spending some quality time together as a family. Hopefully Mother Nature gives us a break from all the rain—but even if she doesn't, we'll make the most of it.

Wishing everyone a relaxing weekend. However you spend it, I hope you get a chance to recharge, count your blessings, and enjoy time with the people who matter most. See you Monday!

A big pine today! Making room for some site work and drainage work to the pond. Shame to see it go…but there was just no other way. And took a ratchet strap recoil to the thumb. Wear gloves…I usually do but didn’t this instance. I learned my lesson. But…I get a break from washing dishes for a few days.🤪

Sometimes….you just don’t have enough boom! Had to make the tree a bit smaller to pick the top. These were a far reach for the 45ton!! But this amazing crew got it.

Our industry lost one of our own.

Although I never had the chance to meet Andrew Grant personally, I know what it means to dedicate your life to this profession. We climb the same trees, trust the same ropes, rely on our crews, and leave home each morning hoping to return safely to our families.

Our hearts go out to Andrew's wife, Andrea, his family, his crew, and everyone whose lives he touched.

Tree work is an incredible profession, but it demands our full respect every single day. We'll be honoring Andrew by talking with our own crew about safety and looking out for one another.

Rest easy, Andrew.

If you'd like to support Andrew's family during this incredibly difficult time, I've included the link to the GoFundMe below. Every gesture, big or small, can make a difference.

A great day doing what we love!!

Today we had the opportunity to remove this storm-damaged maple for a new client we recently met through our acquisition of Renaud Tree Care. The tree had suffered major structural failure and, unfortunately, had become too hazardous to leave standing.

The best part of the day wasn't just the work—it was meeting another wonderful homeowner with an absolutely beautiful property. We truly appreciate the trust they placed in our team.

Today's job also gave us the chance to put two new additions to our equipment lineup to work: a STIHL MS 261 and a STIHL MS 500i. Both performed flawlessly and will be valuable tools for years to come.

A big thank you to Gary's Power Equipment for helping us get set up with the new saws. It's always a pleasure working with knowledgeable people who stand behind the equipment they sell.

Another tree removed safely.
Another property left clean.
Another happy customer.

That's what ArborClimb is all about.
