Electrical Engineer Positions in SC

Position Summary:

Design, install, and maintain plant power distribution, machines and controls, and computer systems to maximize plant operating efficiency. This position is also responsible for equipment safety and maintenance technical support.

Responsibilities:

•Modify existing equipment as per Production or Tech Service requests.

•Manage contractor and service technicians assigned; plus, work with service technicians and plant management to improve equipment to meet specifically defined goals on uptime and productivity.

•Design and install new equipment to meet all plant objectives and goals.

•Manage/control capital and expense budget in order to meet plant objectives.

•Perform safety audits in area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

Total education and experience of 4 years

Allen Bradley PLC experience preferred

Mechanical Engineer Positions in SC

Position Summary:

Provides input into the design for new or modified systems, processes or technologies.

Serve as technical lead, planning and organizing portions of a project. Budget, manpower and equipment utliziation.

Troubleshoot problems on existing systems, processes and technologies. Utilize available resources (other engineers, multi-skilled maintenance and operations teammates).

Participate in monitoring and evaluating the performance of existing systems, processes and technologies and recommends modifications and enhancements to improve quality and/or efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical degree

4+ years of work experience

Work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Industrial Engineer Positions in SC

Position Summary:

Ensure quality industrial engineering service is provided and to provide studies, analysis and recommendations on production manpower, productivity and equipment for the purpose of improving safety, quality and cost.

Responsibilities:

Determine equipment, floorspace requirements, and layouts for current operations expansions and product conversions

Conduct analyses concerning refinement and control of manufacturing systems and procedures

Analyze machinery, equipment, floorspace, layouts and manufacturing methods to increase efficiency, safety, quality, and reduce costs

Write and conduct computer simulations and other analyses of manufacturing processes to ensure proper machine utilization, line balancing, operations sequencing, materials handling, etc.

Exchange information with other plants regarding manufacturing procedures/processes

Advise plant management on the above

Qualifications:

BS in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering/Management degree

2 years experience as a junior industrial engineer or related fields
