NEW FESTIVAL TO ELEVATE CIGAR CULTURE ACROSS HOLY CITY THIS SUMMER

Charleston, S.C. — The Holy City Cigar Festival debuts June 17–20, 2026, bringing a premier cigar and bourbon experience to the city under the theme “Rooted in Charleston. Rolled in Tradition.”

The four-day lineup includes a kickoff mixer, signature pairing experience, a limited-capacity exclusive cigar event with Glen Case, and a VIP main event with Q&A—each designed to elevate the culture and community experience.

“I’m excited to have Oak & Smoke part of the lineup,” said Quintin Collins, founder of Smokin Rose Speakeasy. “It will be thoughtfully curated with premium execution—just like the perfect cigar.”

While centered on ci**rs and bourbon, the festival is designed to spark curiosity and elevate the summer experience across Charleston.

Local Designer to launch Medical Apparel in ‘Extended Sizes’

[Charleston, SC—January 2, 2024] Trevor Mitchell, local designer, and Co-Founder of SweetGrass Clothing Co. is excited to announce the launch of Extended Scrubs, a new medical apparel line for healthcare workers with unique body types.

“No longer will you find the traditional-styled medical scrubs…but a sleek minimalist and fashionable look for [those] big, tall, and full-figured,” said Mitchell. “Hence the name Extended Scrubs.”

To celebrate the launch, Mitchell will host a party on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 1051 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard in West Ashley. This event is open to the public and will feature the Smooth Sound Band, DJ Duckoff, and first look of the collection at 6pm.
