We had a great turnout at yesterday’s Local 801 Union Meeting, with members showing up engaged, informed, and ready to stand together.

As we continue contract negotiations, our message is clear: our members want to be paid fairly for the hard work they put in day in and day out. They are skilled professionals who keep our industry moving, and they deserve a strong union contract for the next three years.

We are prepared, professional, and ready to get things done. Our focus remains on securing good wages, protecting jobs, and strengthening benefits for every member and their families.

Happy Memorial Day! Huge thanks to the members that came out to help on the flag placement opportunity. It was a great collaboration project with other organizations. Local 801 appreciates the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs office for inviting us.

Happy Earth Day!
In honor of this great day, our Carpenters got out to help Lehi City and West Jordan City. We helped get Steve Roll Rotary park ready for its grand opening in Lehi and helped get the community garden ready at West Jordan city. It was such a great opportunity to help out in our community! Let’s do it again!! Next activity will be on Saturday May 9th for our Stamp Out Hunger, we still need help filling out some spots. Call Eduardo for more information.

En honor a este gran día, nuestros carpinteros se fueron a ayudar a Lehi City y West Jordan City. Ayudamos a preparar el parque Steve Roll Rotary para su gran inauguración en Lehi y ayudamos a preparar el jardín comunitario en la ciudad de West Jordan. ¡Fue una gran oportunidad para ayudar en nuestra comunidad! ¡¡Hagámoslo de nuevo!! La próxima actividad será el sábado 9 de mayo para nuestro Stamp Out Hunger, todavía necesitamos ayuda para llenar algunos lugares. Llama a Eduardo para más información.

⭐️ Volunteer Spotlight ⭐️
The Carpenters Union, was given a spotlight for their great volunteer work at the Utah Food Bank. Thanks to all the carpenters that help feed our community. Remember our next UT Food Bank activity is May 9th for our Stamp Out Hunger event. We have 5 opening each at Kearns, Riverton, West Jordan and West Valley Post offices. We need to fill them ASAP!
