Holiday fulfillment doesn't start when Black Friday orders arrive. Inventory forecasting, warehouse planning, promotional bundles, subscription boxes, shipping strategies, and fulfillment capacity all need attention well before Q4.

Starting early gives your business time to:

• Review last year's performance
• Forecast seasonal inventory
• Prepare kits and bundles
• Coordinate inbound shipments
• Discuss expected volume with your 3PL
• Plan shipping and customer communication

Every kit follows the same process: logged in, held until it's needed, checked against a build sheet, then shipped. Build-to-order or build-ahead, the standard doesn't change.
