And we do both with technology. Business System Solutions is a small, community focused company whose values include Compassion, Attention to Detail, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Integrity. We provide IT service and support to the communities of West Lafayette, Lafayette, Kokomo, Logansport, Wabash, and many others in North Central Indiana. Bill Ooms started BSS in 1995 as an accidental entrepreneur, helping a colleague over his lunch break with a bit of software he developed. Founded with servant-leadership ideals, Bill has supported growing businesses in his area with a strong sense of integrity through the medium of technology. When you call BSS, we pick up the phone every time. We believe in taking care of our clients so our clients can take care of their business. We insist that IT should just work, and that demands dedication, proactive focus, and responsive technical support when something does go wrong. Our clients have said "BSS just takes care of everything" and we do: automatic patches and updates, leading edge security tools for every client, vendor management, industry-specific application support, and local On-call technical support evenings and weekends. Our technicians have decades of experience working with small and medium sized businesses across many industries. We are experts in supporting many industry-specific software like Sage 300, Ultra Tax, Epic, MedOne, BlueBeam, Quickbooks, BS&A, Eostar, Worldox, and many more.
