Minor-Theodore Productions was established in 2014 to help promote the release of a local project in the City of Louisville, KY. That project went on to produce a concert, mix-tape, and established connections across the entire state of Kentucky in the Music, Non-Profit, Business, Political and Civic Communities. Today Minor-Theodore Productions, named after the grandparents of CEO Courtney Lamont

Phelps, is an artist management and consulting firm, and continues to work with artist who want to launch, re-launch or solidify a professional music career.
