A ✨BIG✨ Art Crawl is coming THIS Thursday, 10/6, 5-9 PM! 😵 We’ve grown this Crawl to include SIX different locations in our downtown with numerous artists and makers all curated by the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council. 👩‍🎨

Visit all six Downtown West Monroe galleries. It’s walkable!

Always Best Care Senior Services of Monroe was recognized by Always Best Care corporate offices this week for placing a strong focus on caregiver training. In April of this year alone Always Best Care of Monroe led the entire system (over 200 franchise locations) in training hours offered and caregivers trained. We are proud of our caregivers for recognizing the need to have the necessary training and skills when they care for those entrusted in our care.

We are so excited to be bringing our beautiful building back to its former glory. Renovating a 110 year old building is an adventure where you learn something new every day! We have discovered so many interesting things and learned so much about “Central Corner” (what this corner was known as when Central Bank occupied this building). We are honored to be able to bring this old girl back to life! Our most recent find has been the old windows that were covered up under bricks. We knew windows had been there and we knew where they were but we thought there were just holes in the walls. If you are driving around in downtown West Monroe drive by and take a look at the progress! Pictures are in the comments.
