We just wrapped up a 930’ bore installing a 1 1/2” gas service line—and it’s more than just another job completed. It’s a reminder of what hard work, precision, and determination can accomplish.

OPEN POSITIONS

1. HDD Driller / Supervisor (1 Position)

Job Description:
• Operate Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) equipment for underground utility installations
• Lead and supervise daily drilling operations and crew members
• Interpret job plans, locate utilities, and ensure safe working practices
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot operational issues
• Communicate with project managers and clients as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in HDD operations
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Leadership experience preferred

2. Mini Excavator Operators (2 Positions)

Job Description:
• Operate mini excavators for trenching, grading, and utility installation
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow site plans, safety standards, and instructions from supervisors
• Assist with ground work when needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience operating mini excavators; digging around live utilities.
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug test and background check

3. Laborer (1 Position)

Job Description:
• Assist crews with job site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
• Support drilling and excavation operations as directed
• Use hand tools and perform basic ground work
• Maintain a clean, safe job site

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in construction or utility labor roles
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug test and background check
