🌱 Just because it was God then… doesn’t mean it’s still God now.

Whew. That part. 😮💨

Sis, I know how hard it is to walk away from something you prayed for — a title, business, ministry, or relationship — especially when God did call you to it once.

But every assignment has a season. Holding on after God has released you? That’s not faithfulness. That’s fear dressed up as obedience.

👉🏾 In this week’s blog, I’m sharing what it looks like to transition gracefully when your assignment has expired — without guilt, shame, or false loyalty.

Because we don’t hustle — we hear from Heaven. 💁🏾♀️
And sometimes Heaven says, “Let it go.”

Through grief, transitions, and unexpected shifts, I’ve learned: Pausing isn’t failure. It’s faith.

If you’re feeling the weight of life right now, sis — breathe.
You don’t have to hustle.
You just have to hear from Heaven.

💡𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗗𝗼 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝘀 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀?

You show up anyway, Sis.

Not because it’s easy.
Not because you have it all together.
But because God didn’t call you to hide—He called you to build.

Listen, I know the juggle is real.
One kid’s crying, the laundry is multiplying, dinner’s burning, and that reel you were supposed to post today? Yeah, still sitting in drafts. 😩

But here’s what I need you to hear:

👉🏾 You don’t need perfect conditions to walk in purpose.
👉🏾 You don’t need to “feel ready” to be faithful.
👉🏾 You don’t have to show up polished—just obedient.

Proverbs 16:3 says, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.”
So today, even if all you can do is post one encouraging sentence or show your face for 30 seconds—do it.
That one act of obedience can open doors, touch hearts, and move mountains.

Remember:
✨ Business is ministry
✨ Prayer is your strategy
✨ Consistency is your secret weapon

So show up messy. Show up tired. Show up unsure.
But SHOW UP.

Because someone’s breakthrough is tied to your obedience.
And we don’t bury talents over here. 🙅🏾‍♀️

“T𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙖 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙝, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙚 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙨 𝙣𝙤 𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙩.” — 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙨 𝟭𝟬:𝟮𝟮 (𝙉𝙇𝙏)

Whew… this verse hit me different today.

I can’t tell you how many times I called something a blessing, only to find myself drained, confused, and quietly battling anxiety behind the scenes.

I thought it was from God because it looked good.
Because it came with a check.
Because it opened a door I prayed for…

But if I’m honest? It didn’t feel like a blessing.
It felt heavy. Forced. Exhausting.

And one day, in the middle of my overwhelm, the Lord reminded me:
“W𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗱𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘁.”

That Scripture — Proverbs 10:22 — became an anchor for me.
It reminded me that God doesn’t just bless us with things… He blesses us with peace, too.

So now I ask myself:

🌱 Does this feel like fruit… or striving?
🌱 Am I walking in grace… or grinding in fear?
🌱 Is this from God… or is this me trying to force His hand?

Because real blessings don’t come with torment.
They come with trust.

Sis, if you’re carrying something heavy today — something you thought was a gift, but it’s wearing you out — it’s okay to lay it down.
God’s not mad at you. He’s inviting you back to His pace, His plan, His peace.

We don’t hustle over here.
We 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻, and we move when He says move.

Take a deep breath.
Let God lead.
And remember: His blessings don’t bring sorrow. They bring rest.

For years, I hid behind volunteering.
Ministry work. Serving others. Helping them build what God gave them... all while quietly ignoring what He was calling me to do.

It felt noble. It looked good.
But let’s be real—it was disobedience dressed up in church clothes.
Because delayed obedience? Is still disobedience. 💔

Four years ago, I tried to start my own company.
I had the vision. The heart. The hustle.
But I didn’t have the surrender.

It took me two long years to realize:
➡️ Everything I needed to do life and business as a wife, mom, employee, and entrepreneur was already in me...
I just had to get out of God’s way.

🔥 When I surrendered, strategy came.
🔥 When I stopped hiding, clarity showed up.
🔥 When I trusted Him, I finally started thriving.

Sis, you don’t have to keep playing it safe in someone else’s vision.
Your calling is not too big. Your season is not too busy. Your obedience is your breakthrough.
