Today is a sad day… I’m at the airport, about to catch my flight. Goodbye, America… but especially goodbye, Louisiana. You gave this Brit more than just memories. Truly, you have a piece of my heart.

I might be flying back to the country I was born in, but America I can honestly call you home…

Because home is where the heart is ❤️

The people of Louisiana have shown me more love than I could ever imagine. I’ll never forget it. You’ll forever have my heart.

My British palette has also somewhat adjusted to spice after eating alot of Louisiana spice & seasoning so I’m going home with American taste buds! 😂

Today is a sad day but as I write this and reflect on my trip, I can’t wait to come back.

It’s not a goodbye it’s a see ya’ll later!
