Spinnaker Group, one of the world's leading consulting firms on green building performance, is looking for a qualified individual with a marketing background to assist our Strategic Growth in fostering sustainable, resilient, and healthy communities.

This position will primarily focus on Marketing and Business Development tasks with occasional administrative responsibilities. Qualifying candidate will be working from Spinnaker Group headquarters located in West Palm Beach, with occasional remote work.

Responsibilities:

· Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) HubSpot Data

· Compile Request for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/RFQ) Responses

· Develop Social Media Voice and Campaigns

· Assist in Email Marketing Campaigns' Design and Ex*****on

· Assist in Phone Call Marketing Campaigns' Planning and Ex*****on

· Assist in Event Planning, Marketing, and Ex*****on

· Assist in Storytelling and Film Shoot Planning, Coordination, and Marketing

· Assist in Article, Press Release, and Blog Post Writing

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

· 1-2 Years of Similar Marketing Work Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field

Preferred Skills and Experience:

· Social Media, Email, and Phone Marketing Campaigns

· Storytelling through Film and Article Writing

· Graphic Design Experience and Familiarity with Photo/Video editing software

· Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot) Software – Sales Module

· Direct Sales and/or Business Development Experience

· Past Work Experience in the Sustainability, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Industry

Sofia joined Spinnaker Group in September 2022, stepping into the role of Sustainability Advisor, where she consults and leads teams on achieving LEED and FGBC certifications. She is an experienced Architect and Urban Planner that is passionate about the environment and sustainable development, holding several accreditations including LEED AP O+M and TRUE Advisor. Sofia has over eight years of extensive experience in sustainable design, efficiency, management and assessment in different sectors such as buildings, cities and products. She has worked as a Senior Sustainability Project Manager in Buenos Aires, Argentina where she has achieved internationally recognized certifications for 30 buildings. With a goal to contribute and take action towards a more sustainable future, Sofia continues to educate herself on the sustainable holistic development of cities, currently studying Smart Cities - Management of Smart Urban Infrastructures. Finding inspiration in young future leaders, Sofia has committed to teaching them about environmental problems and sustainability solutions as a university instructor of sustainable design (Notions of Sustainability & Bioenvironmental Design courses, 60+ students).

Spinnaker Group, one of the nation's leading sustainable building consultants, is looking for a qualified individual with well-rounded building systems background to provide Building Energy Modeling and Analysis services. This individual would be responsible for creating, trouble-shooting, documenting, and calibrating computer simulations (energy models) for high-performing buildings – both new construction and existing building renovations.

This is a virtual (remote-working) position. Geographic location is flexible. Location within the southeastern United States is preferred. National and international candidates will be considered based on ability to interface with team members working on Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC/GMT -5 hours).

The ideal candidate will possess:

· Four-year mechanical or electrical engineering degree (BSME / BSEE).

· 5 to 10 years of experience with building MEP systems, including common equipment configurations and concepts of operation.

· Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

· Experience with energy modeling or HVAC load calculations.

· Proficiency with Trane 3D+ or Trace 700 building simulation software.

· Familiarity with ASHRAE 90.1 including Appendix G.

· Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Ability to work from home and proactively communicate with teams in a virtual setting.

· Ability to work collaboratively with internal project teams to ensure that client satisfaction and project goals are met.

· EIT, BEMP, LEED GA or AP with specialty credential is a plus.

· Past LEED or sustainability project experience is a plus.

· Involvement with engineering professional societies or building simulation groups is a plus.
