With hands-on experience as an executive director, board member, attorney, adjunct professor, trainer/presenter, public speaker, mentor and leader for various committees and organizations, she brings a rare combination of legal experience, strategic insight, critical thinking, effective problem-solving skills, and real-world acumen gained across private, nonprofit and public sectors of all sizes. This includes experience working for large, medium, and small size businesses and government agencies. This breadth of experience has equipped her with battle-tested wisdom and nuanced, practical awareness of the unique challenges leaders and organizations face today.

Deeply involved in Palm Beach County, she actively serves on the Nonprofits First Board of Directors, as an active alum of Leadership Palm Beach County’s Engage Class of 2024, as a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and on the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit (Palm Beach County) Local Professionalism Panel—commitments that keep her connected to the business and nonprofit community in South Florida.

Walking into my first membership breakfast and receiving this membership plaque was a meaningful moment. Not because of what is represents for Anchor Exec, but because of the incredible women in the room who are leading, building, and making an impact every single day here in Palm Beach County.
