As an all‑volunteer nonprofit organization, NAMI Tri-County Illinois is proud of how much we’ve grown this year.

None of it would be possible without our Support Group Facilitators, Volunteers, Board of Directors, community partners, and every person who shared our resources or helped us reach someone in need.

Walking in your truth means everything is on the table.

It means becoming an open book, knowing no one can shame you with a past you’ve already made peace with.
It means accepting that you can’t fix everything or force anything.
It means owning and understanding your flaws, and still choosing to stand tall. 💪🏾

I don’t claim to be perfect.
I don’t claim to have a perfect life.

But I do live a fulfilling, satisfying life because I know the wrongs I tried to right. I know the amends I attempted to make.

Some people choose to stay bitter toward you because it gives them a sense of control. But as you keep walking in your journey, you’ll realize that trying to convince them to see you differently is a battle you’ll never win.

Letting go isn’t weakness, it’s how you protect your peace and keep moving forward.

Truth isn’t perfection, it’s real. And whether someone accepts it or not, you still gotta be YOU.

And thats exactly what I'm gonna keep doing, and what I'll keep teaching others to do the same💯😘

🎉 Celebrating 6 Years in Business

On 6/5/2020, in the middle of a global lockdown and a world full of uncertainty,
Upgraded MindsetZ was born..👑

I didn’t know what it would become. I didn’t know what it would look like. I just knew that my own journey of healing, rebuilding, and becoming the woman I was always meant to be was wrapped up in it too.

These past six years have been real.
Full of ups, downs, reroutes, doubt, heartbreak, grief, confusion, and moments where I questioned everything.But they’ve also been full of joy, clarity, purpose, alignment, and the kind of fulfillment you only experience when you’re walking in what you were called to do.I built this from scratch.

No handouts.
No shortcuts.
Just Passion, Purpose, Perseverance, and Performance 🫶🏾

Today, I stand proudly as the CEO & Founder of Upgraded MindsetZ LLC, celebrating six years of doing the work I was assigned to do, helping women break cycles, rebuild confidence, and understand that it is never too late to become who you want to be, do what you want to do, and stop sacrificing yourself for everyone else.
