Replaced the floor under this water heater for compliance on a home loan for a customer tonight they needed it done asap!

Fixed a water softener that wasn't working today and changed out 4 faucets! Didn't get a picture of the finish of the last two but I got em done!

Changed out another froze broke Woodford frost free sillcock! Always disconnect your hose before winter! Found some other issues in the crawlspace the customer opted to deal with them at a later date!

Customer wanted me to look for any problems I could find under their house so I obliged. Got lucky with a roomy crawlspace!

Customer couldn't find the leak and the spot kept changing where the water would drip so the obligatory under sink bucket couldn't catch it.
Had someone else look at it they tried to fix it but didn't. I figured it out in 10 mins offered a solution and executed!
