The deadline to claim our remaining 2024 Small Business Incubator tax credits is almost here!

We’re just $4,500 away from reaching our $100,000 fundraising goal. By making a donation before December 31st, individuals or businesses with Missouri tax liability can qualify for a 50% tax credit.

📢 Important Update for Businesses:

As of December 23, 2024, the Federal Court of Appeals has reinstated the requirement for businesses to file the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report. Businesses established before 2024 now have an extended deadline of January 13, 2025, to submit their filings.

As a 501c3 organization, donors may also be eligible for a charitable deduction further reducing the out-of-pocket cost of your donation.
