Advanced Consulting Engineering Services (ACES) is a Consulting Engineering Firm that was formed by John Zwingman, P.E., and Leanne Ritter, Designer & Drafter, in 2006. ACES specializes in Municipal Engineering, Land Development, Agricultural Engineering, and Land Surveying.
Our office is located in West Point, Nebraska, with a branch office in Wayne, Nebraska. We moved into our newly remodeled offices, located at 133 West Washington Street, West Point, in June 2012. For those of you familiar with West Point, we are in the building that used to be the Chinese Restaurant. You no longer can stop by for egg rolls and cashew chicken, but we encourage you to stop in anytime to see us and our new space.
Advanced Consulting Engineering Services (ACES) provides integrated engineering and surveying services to a wide variety of public and private clients. We specialize in Municipal Engineering and Land Development, and work with a number of Nebraska communities on a full time basis. We are focused on our clients’ success and we meet project needs and government regulations from initial concept through implementation with innovative, yet real-life solutions.
We also provide Agricultural Engineering services. With lifelong experience in agriculture, our staff understands agricultural designs, production layouts, required permitting, and has the knowledge to help our clients excel. We specialize in all areas of agricultural engineering including livestock feeding operations, drainage, truck washout design, SPCC Plans, Permitting, and Fuel and Fertilizer containment. Our agricultrual backgrounds help us deliver practical, cost effective solutions for your Farm Operation.
ACES delivers accurate land surveys from our Licensed Land Surveyor. Surveying services offered include legal boundary, lot splits, elevation certificates, and many more listed on our surveying page. By providing a number of surveying services for our Municipal, Land development, and Agricultural clients, we ensure an optimal outcome for the project.
