Atish Prasad is a great example of a driven, helpful, and supportive leader. He started off in the medical field but learned that his true passion was in manufacturing. Atish learned every aspect of manufacturing at Nor-Cal Beverage and through promotions, he is now one of the Operations Managers in our West Sacramento facility.

Tim Martin has been dedicated to his work and is always willing to help others. He started off as a Lift Truck Operator and through promotions through the years, became our Distribution Center Manager for our West Sacramento location.

Tim has experience in different fields and over 15 years of experience in management. Tim said his job at Nor-Cal can be challenging at times, but he feels valued in the company. Tim is a supportive leader and always tries to set an example for everyone around him. “I think employees remember that you took time to listen to them and give them feedback, it goes a long way, and it shows that you care.” - Tim Martin.

Our Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Terri Erwin is a “lead by example” leader who has led our Human Resources department for more than 10 years. Terri has 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field and has always excelled at what she does.

Terri received her bachelor’s degree in business management while raising her kids in order to launch her career in Human Resources. Terri is passionate about her career and is also grateful for the support she receives from her team. “My team is the best! Each HR team member has a very strong work ethic. We all get along well and have developed strong relationships with each other by knowing we can always count on the team to pitch in or take on some of the load we may be carrying.” – Terri Erwin

Catrinica Albrecht has over 15 years of experience in management and is one of the leaders who support our production department. Catrinica started in 2019 as a Label Machine Operator and by 2022, she was promoted to the position of Production Supervisor.

Catrinica said being in a supervisor role has allowed her to hone her skills and teach them to others. “I enjoy teaching and mentoring people, why not give them all the knowledge I have and help them succeed.” – Catrinica Albrecht

Trang Tran is an exceptional leader who manages the Quality Assurance team in our West Sacramento facility. Trang is pursuing her master's degree in business administration and will earn her degree in April 2023.
