Make for All ***See JT Builds page for updated info.***
Make for All was my 1st attempt to create a maker environment!

It was a facility providing open access to workspaces, tools, machines, training and professional services. Make for All functions as a hands-on education center with attention toward discovery and experiences in the creative, electrical and mechanical arts. Our goal is to give all the opportunity to explore their interests, collaborate on ideas, learn, build and make for themselves. We do this by providing open access to training, work spaces, tools, machinery and professional services.

I became a member of the Guild of Metalsmiths and Wednesday I went to my first bi-monthly meeting. It was hosted by Nick Heinen at his shop in Hudson, WI. It had an amazing turnout and combined with the pot-luck, show & tell and a demonstration it was fascinating. Check out the pictures of the items that the members made, including the beaver hiding under the pine tree. In one pic you can see it's head and in another you can see the tail. Great detail!
