Custom Shower Enclosure Installer
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Custom Shower Enclosure Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, and other custom glass products. This position requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
* Measure, transport, and install custom shower enclosures and glass products.
* Install frameless, semi-frameless, and framed shower doors and panels.
* Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and safety requirements.
* Communicate professionally with customers on job sites.
* Read and interpret installation drawings and specifications.
* Troubleshoot installation challenges and make adjustments as needed.
* Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
* Keep job sites clean and organized before, during, and after installation.
* Work closely with office staff and project coordinators to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in shower enclosure, glass, construction, carpentry, or related installation work preferred.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to safely lift and handle heavy glass materials.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment accurately.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly.
* Comfortable working on ladders and in residential and commercial environments.
* Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the workday.
