In March of 1983, Paul & Judy Polashek purchased the locker in Protivin and named it Polashek's Locker. Fast forward to 2023 and we are celebrating 40 years in the meat business. We still offer the same services as we did in 1983 but have grown our custom beef, pork, venison & retail services. We sell to around 100 wholesale accounts and continue to strive to offer the best quality and customer service.
