Now Hiring: Lab Sample Technician – 1st Shift

Department: Laboratory / Quality / Production Support
Reports To: Technical Manage

4 Ten-Hour Days | Paid Weekly

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on person to join our Laboratory / Quality / Production Support team. This role works with color concentrates, custom compounds, and additives to prepare lab samples for testing and customer approvals.

What We Offer
• Starting pay negotiable based on experience
• 10 paid holidays immediately upon hire
• 2 weeks vacation

What You’ll Do
• Prepare and label lab samples
• Operate small lab equipment (extruders, mixers, pelletizers)
• Weigh and batch materials per formulations
• Perform basic testing and keep accurate records
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace

What We’re Looking For
• Attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Manufacturing or lab experience preferred

🍂 Fall Fest 2025 🍂

This past weekend, the company hosted its first-ever Fall Fest, an event created to show appreciation for our employees and their families. The day provided a great opportunity to come together outside of the workplace and recognize the hard work and dedication that each of our team members contributes throughout the year.
We were fortunate to have perfect weather and a wonderful turnout. Thirteen employees participated in the Chili Cook-Off, showcasing impressive creativity and culinary skill. In addition to the cook-off, attendees enjoyed games, pumpkin painting, and a couple of festive guessing games featuring peanut M&Ms and candy corn, with the closest guesses winning the prizes.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who participated and helped make our first Fall Fest a success. Your continued commitment and teamwork are greatly appreciated.

🎉👏 Congratulations to Tyler Henderson, a senior Marketing major at Bowling Green State University and son of Chip Henderson, Technical Manager at Vision Color/Tosaf, on being awarded the George Rangos Memorial Scholarship from the Color and Appearance Division (C.A.D.) of the Society of Plastics Engineering!

This scholarship is a well-deserved recognition of Tyler’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to his studies. We’re so proud to see him honored with this achievement and excited to see all that he will accomplish in the future!
