The preparation starts early for our teams, making sure they have absolutely everything they need to get the job done safely, efficiently, and on time. From loading up the right equipment and materials to making sure every detail is accounted for, there’s a lot that goes on before our crews even reach the jobsite!

Sorry for the repeat post, but isn’t this just incredibly satisfying to watch? 😍🔥

There’s something about watching fireproofing being sprayed onto a steel beam and seeing that smooth, even coverage come together in real time. It’s one of those parts of our job that never gets old—especially when you get to watch the transformation happen right before your eyes!

Applied Coatings is located in West Winfield, NY, just off Main Street. Since we first opened our doors in 2014, we’ve been proud to share our building with our sister company, Upstate Spray Foam! 🏢

While most of our work takes place right here in New York State, our crews are always willing to hit the road for the right project. Typically, we travel up to about three hours from home, but every once in a while, a project takes us a little farther! 🚗💨

Anyone else get completely mesmerized by the transformation from one day to the next? 😍 There’s just something so satisfying about watching a project come together—and even more so when you get to see a beautiful Air Barrier application in the process!

Those crisp, clean lines and smooth, consistent coverage are what we love to see. It’s amazing how much of a difference this application makes as the building continues to take shape. Another day, another step closer to the finished product! 🏗️✨

😍 Sometimes, all you need is one really good picture of some really good fireproofing… and suddenly you’re staring at it for hours. 😂

There’s just something satisfying about seeing a clean application and knowing the protection is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. From the texture to the coverage, we can appreciate the little details that go into a great fireproofing job.

Site visits play a key role in the work we do! 🏗️

Before our crews arrive on site, our in-office team works closely with the general contractors to make sure all the details are covered and everyone is on the same page. During these visits, they walk the project, review exactly what work will be needed and where it will take place, and work through all those important nitty-gritty details that help keep the job running smoothly.

From confirming power and water access to discussing parking, unloading areas, material storage, and site logistics, these visits help our team come prepared and ready to get to work. A little planning ahead goes a long way when it comes to keeping projects organized, efficient, and moving forward! 👷‍♂️
