My passion to support all gifted and advanced learners drives my desire to serve as an ITAG board member. I strongly believe in the importance of gifted equity and access, working to ensure advanced learners thrive. I advocate for gifted and advanced learners, ensuring they are recognized and valued. I strive to foster strong educator and family partnerships, recognizing this is crucial in supporting gifted development. I also work to provide opportunities for teachers to research, learn, and grow so they can better support the unique and varied needs of gifted and advanced learners.

Owner of KM Solutions, LLC, Kristine serves as the Gifted/Talented Program Lead for a suburban school district in the Midwest. Kristine strives to partner with teachers, administrators, parents, students, and community members to advocate for and empower advanced and gifted learners. She also remains active in statewide literacy efforts. As well, Kristine facilitates professional learning to K-12 audiences locally and nationally, teaches graduate courses, serves on various local and state boards, and owns her own consulting service. She serves as a consultant specializing in gifted/talented programming, and she provides editing services to authors and scholars. Kristine strives to maintain a balanced life--singing with her church choir, traveling, gardening, and finding joy daily.
