Modern Vision Solutions 👁️

Looking back at this project, Formation Group is proud to have continued to served as the Owner’s Representative for Modern Vision Solutions as they expanded into their first Iowa location at 6880 EP True Pkwy, Suite 109 in West Des Moines.

This tenant improvement project brought a cutting-edge eye care experience to the metro, featuring:
• A modern retail optical center
• Dedicated ophthalmic evaluation rooms
• A fully equipped refractive eye surgery suite supporting up to 7 corrective procedures, including Lasik

We’re grateful to have supported MVS as they grew beyond their Omaha headquarters and brought advanced vision care to more communities.

Formation Group proudly served as Owners Representative for Siegwerk’s 44,000 sq. ft. warehouse expansion, coordinating design, construction, and city approvals to create a safe and efficient space for solvent material storage. This project, led by Matt Brown, brought together top partners like Story Construction and was honored with the 2018 Economic Impact Award. 🏆
