Yesterday, nearly our entire DMS team joined Dress for Success Des Moines for their Success Luncheon. The event highlighted their programs, honored their volunteers and brought together the community to talk about the economic power of women.

The conversation was a great reminder of how much opportunity exists when women have access to the skills, confidence and resources to pursue their careers and contribute to the economy.

Happy 4th work anniversary to the extraordinary Lauryn Tosch!

Lauryn brings thoughtfulness and consistency to everything she does. She’s incredibly process-oriented, dedicated to documentation and continuing education, and always looking for ways to learn and improve.

She’s also quick to share what she knows, whether it’s an example, a resource, or something she’s learned along the way. And when someone needs a hand, she’s usually one of the first to jump in.

🎉 Celebrating Amanda's first year with DMS!

It’s hard to believe Amanda has already been with DMS for a year. In that time, she’s become someone our team can count on to bring a steady, thoughtful approach to projects and everyday tasks. She has a real strength for taking standards and processes and putting them into practice in ways that make sense for her department and our clients. She cares about doing things well, but just as importantly, she cares about why we’re doing them and how to make the work better.

We’re grateful for everything Amanda has brought to DMS this past year, including her consistency, adaptability and commitment to doing great work.
