Macy has grown so much in her first year with DMS. She's gained confidence, found ways to help committees visualize their impact, and continues to support successful events and programs for her clients. Her positive attitude and willingness to keep learning make her such a great teammate.

Mental health shows up in our everyday lives, and small habits like managing stress, seeking support, practicing self-care, and staying connected can make a real difference.

At DMS, being a people-first organization means we try to support our team in simple, meaningful ways, including daily paid self-care time and moments of connection throughout the year. Most recently, our team fun created self-care packages for our team as a reminder to pause and take care of themselves in ways that work for them.

Supporting volunteer-led organizations as they advance their missions and bring their ideas to life is at the core of DMS.

This spring, several of our team members have been onsite at client events, working alongside volunteers and leadership to turn ideas into action. Seeing that work come to life in real time is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
