Between the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce’s May Luncheon and the Clive Chamber of Commerce’s monthly membership visits, our Account Manager, Megan, had a great week out in our community!

Last week, she kicked off the week by joining fellow committee members for Clive Chamber membership visits to connect with local businesses and swap insights about each other's services.

Next up was the West Des Moines Chamber Monthly Luncheon, which provided insight into residential and commercial real estate trends in West Des Moines.

Last Friday, Megan spent the morning at Food Bank of Iowa with over 150 other women, all there for one purpose: to fight hunger. Joining her were Kristy Schmidt and Edye Beckerman, both with the Clive Chamber of Commerce .

They learned that about 385,000 Iowans face food insecurity, and that there are over 700 homeless children in the Des Moines Metro (that they know of). The impact the Food Bank of Iowa is making is incredible, but it is not enough.

Volunteer, host a food drive or simply donate. All great options support an amazing cause that direly needs the support from our community.
