You pay a one-time flat fee when a new property, owner, or tenant is added, and thereafter you pay one flat fee per unit/property managed. Your costs are controlled, consistent, and predictable. You submit your information via receipts, check registers, bank statements & rental contracts and we do the rest. This can be done electronically, via your bank account, pdf, or faxed. We do it better, quicker, and more efficiently because accounting is all we do. Our founder has been providing accounting services in the Inland Empire of Southern California since 1992.
