The teams getting the most out of UKG Pro WFM aren't the ones who set it and forget it. They're the ones who keep coming back to it.

Priorities shift, teams change, and configurations quietly stop matching how you actually operate today. That's the sneaky part: it's easy to assume everything's still running smoothly when it just hasn't been revisited.

Our latest blog, UKG Pro WFM Optimization: How To Boost Efficiency Now, covers the most common gaps that show up after go-live and which areas are worth your attention.

Did you know that according to recent Gartner research, 56% of HR leaders say their HR tech doesn't match their business needs anymore?

This gap doesn’t happen overnight. It might start with a merger, a department getting a new name, or a role quietly going away.

UKG Pro is usually set up for how your organization looked on its first day, not after years of changes. It won’t update itself as you grow.

We see this happen often with payroll, HR data, timekeeping, and system integrations. Maybe a tax setting wasn’t updated, benefits elections didn’t transfer, or a vendor file feed stops working because it was linked to the old structure. Usually, these issues only show up when something goes wrong, like a paycheck problem.

Our latest blog post, How To Manage Organizational Change in UKG Pro, explains what can go wrong and how to stay ahead of it. You’ll also find a link to our free checklist.

We just received a new ⭐️ 5-star review on Raven Intelligence at Covalence Consulting, and it’s a great one.

"We trust him so much that we've already asked Andrew to lead our next phase."

That line really captures what makes us different. Implementing UKG Pro WFM is more than just setting up timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling the right way, though we did that too. It’s about earning enough trust that the client wants us back before the project even ends.

Our whole team brings this to every UKG project: strong technical skills and a real understanding of how our clients operate. Andrew Mok did an amazing job leading this setup, but we use the same approach on every project for every client.

If you want to see our expertise in action before working with us, check out our recent webinar on optimizing your UKG Pro WFM setup. The link is in the comments!

Is your UKG Pro WFM setup working as hard as it could be?

We covered that live in our recent webinar "Get More From UKG Pro WFM: Optimization Strategies That Work", but if you missed it, the replay's ready whenever you are!

Covalence's UKG experts Reid McLaughlin and Andrew Mok broke down real ways to fine-tune your setup, the kind of tweaks that can save you hours down the line. Config settings that go stale. Automations that never got turned on. Reports nobody remembers exist. The small stuff that adds up fast.

Watch it at your own pace from the link below!

This week, our team put our problem-solving skills to work on something a little different: homemade ice cream! 🍦

We all decided it was time to whip up some fun and sprinkle in a little extra team spirit. We got together as a team on Zoom for a lesson on making your own ice cream from scratch.

Everyone showed up with their own mix-ins, from cookie dough to sprinkles to crushed candy bars. Though some of us may have melted under the pressure of waiting for our ice cream to freeze, the results were delicious!

It was a fun way to catch up, chill out, and get creative. This was one cool event! 😎
