The reason you feel this way isn’t because you’re weak or undisciplined.

It’s because nobody taught you the transition from doing the work to leading the business.

That’s exactly what I teach.

I’m breaking it all down in a free 90-minute workshop.

People see multiple businesses and assume I’m working 80-hour weeks.

I’m not.

I work on my businesses — not in them.

That’s the difference.

And it didn’t happen because I’m special. It happened because I installed the right framework.

I’m breaking it all down in a free 90-minute workshop.

You will never outwork a broken system.

Good people in bad structures fail every time.

Your team only rises to the standard you actually hold.

A business that can’t run without you isn’t an asset — it’s a liability.

Vision without a constraint analysis is just expensive daydreaming.

Agree or disagree — drop it below.

Mistake 1: Hiring before the SOP exists — so you’re training people to do things the wrong way from day one.

Mistake 2: No accountability structure — everyone reports to vibes and urgency instead of standards and metrics.

Mistake 3: Being the final decision on everything — that’s not leadership, that’s a bottleneck with a job title.

I’m breaking down the fix in a free 90-minute workshop.

1. Sunday planning — 20 minutes mapping the week’s CEO priorities, not task lists.

2. Monday metrics — 3 numbers that tell me if the business is healthy.

3. Team accountability sync — not a status meeting, a standards check.

4. One strategic project block — deep work on the business, not in it.

5. Weekly constraint review — what’s the single thing slowing growth right now?

Step 1: Lock in the 10-year vision before I touch anything else.

Step 2: Find the real constraint — the one thing causing most of the friction.

Step 3: Build the accountability structure before hiring anyone.

Step 4: Install the CEO operating rhythm so the week runs the business instead of the business running the week.

This is the Technician Trap framework.

1. Thinking more hours equals more growth.
2. Hiring before you have a system for them to follow.
3. Being the safety net for everything — so your team never has to rise to the occasion.

You think these are strengths. They’re traps.

I’m breaking down the alternative in a free 90-minute workshop.

I’m hosting a free live workshop — The Technician Trap — where I break all three down in 90 minutes.

The same framework I used across my 4 PT studios to remove myself from the day-to-day.

No group coaching. No fluff. Just the system.

100 spots. Free.

The harder you work, the more essential you become. And the more essential you are — the more trapped you get.

I’m about to teach the framework that broke this pattern for me.

Details just dropped last night.

My WHY has changed drastically in the last 2 weeks.

My vision is getting more refined + I’m challenging myself daily with HOW I’m going to get there.

Before becoming a father my drive was financial freedom and my mind was always searching for the next business opportunity.

That may not change. I’ve wired my mind to seek opportunity. But my why is not just financial freedom anymore.

It’s freedom of time.

It’s to leave a legacy behind.

To be truly successful you need a strong enough why.

What’s yours?? 👇🏽
