For over four years, Cindy Jo has led activities with a signature blend of patience, encouragement, and joy. She has a unique ability to turn everyday afternoons into something engaging and uplifting—meeting residents where they are and helping them feel seen, involved, and connected.

Her path into this work is deeply personal. After caring for her father following his stroke, Cindy Jo discovered the power of creativity as a way to connect, heal, and bring joy.
