As the holidays come to a close, we are mindful that this time of year can be difficult for so many. Two things can be true, you can feel joy and closeness while celebrating with friends and family, while also feeling grief and exhaustion from a difficult year and everything you've been handed.

We are so grateful to know so many incredible families and children, and being in the disability space has put so many things in perspective over the decade + we've been working.

This quote resonated with us this holiday period...in a broader sense, it encourages us to reflect on how we plan to make our little slice of the world/our community a better place. How we can try to refuse the enormity of all that needs to be done, and stay present in our own work of social justice, inclusion and human rights and remember that little steps can make big changes.

Our hope to you this holiday season is that you remember you are often doing a really hard thing beautifully, and to take time for yourself, whatever that looks like 🌲🕎❄️

Updated availability for 2026! We currently have a handful of 1 week intensives open for January-April of next year ✨

Our waitlist is also updated to include dates for the remainder of this year and 2026 intensives if you don't see the dates you'd like available!

1 week intensives are a GREAT option for those new to DMI/the intensive approach, or who are looking to refresh and refine skills

2026 Registration opens this Sunday 9/7 at 9am!! Please check your inboxes for a detailed email where we provide information on steps to sign up and answer any questions you may have💭

There will be a specific form on our website that will go live on Sunday to register, and as always, spots are first come first serve ✨

Jessica is also now booking for this fall and will be collaborating with us for 2026 to level up your intensive with all things speech and feeding 🍼🗣️

Gabagool!! How did we do?!

Backstory: Nicole met C when he was 6 months old in Early Intervention and we've been working with his ever since then! One day, C showed up to therapy with a gold chain and velour track suit and she immediately thought of the Sopranos. She photoshopped him into a scene in front of the famous meat market from the show (swipe to the last photo)🥩

For this intensive, we thought of recreating this photoshop as Tony, Christopher and Junior 😅
