How do you make an event feel cohesive on a limited budget?
Start with a simple visual plan:
1. Choose two or three colors
2. Choose one or two fonts
3. Choose consistent way to display your event name, logo or theme.
Then focus your design budget on the pieces guests will see most.
Think about three moments:
1. Before the event:
Your invitation or digital promotion sets the tone.
2. When guests arrive:
A welcome sign helps the event feel organized and intentional.
3. In the photos:
A backdrop, step-and-repeat, or well-designed focal area may appear in pictures shared long after the event ends. IMO this is the most important!
You don’t need to brand every surface. When your most visible pieces work together, the whole event feels more polished.
