🤔 So I was scrolling on FB and saw someone asking for ways to have extra income for their household. There were a few people commenting make this, bake that, etc and a few suggesting different MLM companies. One lady said oh look here come the MLM folks with a shark gif posted with it.

I know these companies (as a whole) got a bad rap when Tupperware Tammy was messaging you non stop about her products, or Norwex Nancy was adding you to parties that you didn’t want to be added to. Mary Kay Mandy and Senegence Sally were posting non-stop about why they had the best products. Avon Alice and Scentsy Susan are always showing up in your feed, and you roll your eyes scrolling on.

Let me ask this, have you blocked the Walmart ads? Bath and Body Works? Sephora? Chevrolet? Ford? Montanas? McDonalds? with the same disgust you have for your fellow neighbors who are trying to find a way to be a parent and a monetary contributor to their household?

When someone suggests a new hair care or household item you can pick up at a chain store do you think to yourself ‘oh, there’s pushy Pat trying to get me to buy something else’?

I’m not asking you to support everyone in your friends list by purchasing something. I’m just asking you to have an open mind about why they began that journey and be open minded to what they are trying to accomplish for themselves and their families.
