🌟 Welcome to the Team, Seth, our newest IT Support Engineer! 🌟

We are thrilled to have Seth on board and excited to officially welcome him to our amazing team. NTS has offices in Westlake Village CA, Diamond Bar CA, and Phoenix AZ, with engineers in Flagstaff AZ and now Portland MN! His arrival marks a significant milestone as we continue to expand and strengthen our IT support capabilities on the East coast.
Seth comes to us from Maine, bringing along a wealth of experience in help desk support within the medical field. His expertise and knowledge will undoubtedly be invaluable to our organization and the clients we serve.
As our 18th employee and experienced IT Support Engineer, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional assistance to our clients. His problem-solving skills and dedication to delivering top-notch support will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success.
We believe that a strong team is the foundation of any thriving organization, and with his addition, our team becomes even more formidable.

Holiday Hours - Closed for the Christmas Holiday

It’s our favorite time of year, we are going to be out of the office chugging mugs of cocoa and stuffing our faces with cookies.

Our offices will be open half a day on Friday, December 23rd closing at noon. We will remain closed on Monday, December 26th.

Our offices will re-open on Tuesday, December 27th.

In case of an emergency, please call 818-707-7705. For all other issues, please submit an email to [email protected] to be addressed at the start of business, Tuesday, December 27th when our elves are back in the workshop!

Our regular office hours of 5am-6pm PST, M-F will resume on Tuesday, December 27th.
