It’s Everest season. And whatever life changing idea you’ve been carrying, but not quite ready to even call a goal, is getting its season too.

Here’s why this is a big deal to me.

As a solo practice, my limitations were your limitations. Anything that wasn’t authentic to me wasn’t available to you.

Accountability coaching was the biggest gap. It’s not in my nature, and I knew it. I wasn’t willing to offer it poorly just to check a box. So I waited. I waited for the right person, with the right gifts, who could do with authenticity what I could not.

And then I met Kristin Gulling, and everything changed. I’m thrilled to introduce you to her as the next coach in our Ecosystem. She’ll be leading the OWNERSHIP community as well as offering one-on-one coaching, both of which mark the official launch of our accountability services.

I am not afraid to offend other coaches. I care too deeply about helping real people find real coaching to be slowed down by who it offends.

Deep within the massive coaching industry, if you know where to look, you can find effective, person-focused coaching. One way to tell the difference is whether the coach is seeing clients, or people.

Meredith Reece sees people. Real coaching begins when people can show up fully, messy, imperfect, and not meet blame, shame, judgement, or criticism.

We. Are. All. Exhausted.

Well, everyone except Tamsen Troy.

Even after years of her inspiring me to get curious about my relationship to energy, and nonchalantly empowering me with the skills to do something about it, I still fall off my energy wagon. And when I do, I turn to her for her signature high-vibe chill to get me back on track. There is never any judgment, no shame, and no criticism just the perfect mix of skill building, inspiration, and camaraderie to guide me back to my own energy, again.

The truth? She’s better at all things energy than me.

She’s also a coach's coach. The kind of person a coach goes to for support. Having met in the 1900’s, she has supported me in every season of my growth and my career.

She always shows me how to reconnect with myself, and stand strong. More importantly, she makes me laugh. She is the source of a significant amount of my work around ENERGY, which is why I’m proud to be introducing her as the Director of Energy in Abundance. The practical, highly-human, and foundational work to supports everything else we do.

We need to talk about capacity. (And soon).

Traditional business coaching increases demands on you, which inherently lowers your capacity to meet preexisting demands, all while expecting you to show increased performance as a result. Business coaching fatigue is real, and people are kinda over it.

My coaching stands in stark contrast because I do not increase demands. I increase capacity.

Supporting you in your ability to do what we already trust you to know how to do, because it's your job... shouldn't be a novel concept, but it is.

Over the last year, I’ve intentionally expanded this practice into a full coaching ecosystem. Because of this growth, my personal schedule is finite. I’ve never trusted business coaches easily.

When business growth is valued above all else, the people generating that growth are at best an afterthought, and at worst, collateral damage.

Szabó Services exists for people, never at their expense. That’s not a tagline; it’s the line I won't cross. When I decided to add an executive coach to champion the businesses while I champion the people, I wasn't choosing based on business credentials. Every business coach has those. I was looking for the rare partner who naturally aligned with this worldview and could match my relational coaching skills.

The coach I chose to partner with as our founding executive coach brings with him far more than his twenty years of experience in startups and as a COO and scaling expert. He's also an effing amazing person.

Jonathan is now the leader of our REFINE coaching community, where we are stepping into the industry gaps of access and frequency.
