Platinum Restoration is hard at work helping people manage through the claim process which can involve complex decisions and understanding policies. This homeowner will be displaced for 6 months before moving back in and we will help safeguard their personal belongings by moving everything out of the home, then performing mitigation work including controlled removal of wet materials and installing the right amount of drying equipment. These are critical steps before putting anything back together. We are grateful to be trusted by so many homeowners here in our back yard! Both owners are Downers Grove natives and residents.
