🚨 WHISKEY HILL ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨
Big moves are brewing—and we’re excited to share them with you! 🍻
As Whiskey Hill continues to grow, we’re shifting our focus to what we love most: taproom experiences, a passion for great food and Nano brewing on premise!
We will be transitioning to brewing at our Mount Prospect and Downtown Westmont restaurant-brewery locations.
We have decided to move away from the macro distribution model, so we can focus more on brewing for our guests and keeping the experience personal and fresh.
👉 You’ll still be able to pick up your favorite Whiskey Hill beers in cans & bottles at our locations!
With that shift, we’ve made the decision to sell our original taproom & production facility on Zygmunt Circle in Westmont, IL.
🔧 Here’s what’s available:
• 15 BBL steam brewhouse (156 BBL capacity)
• Authentic taproom w/ cold storage
• Tons of space + barrel racks + forklift
• Great lease terms (water included!)
• Clean, efficient setup w/ low overhead
• Contract brewing opportunity available
• Owner financing + full transition support
We are willing to be creative in many different ways - including lease and rental options for the entire facility!
We are not looking to sell off the equipment piece by piece. We’d love to help someone with a passion for beer and brewing get their business started.This space is where Whiskey Hill was born. It’s been lucky for us, and now it’s ready for the next passionate brewer to take it forward.
