Schooner Farms & Inspired By Nature

10/05/2026

We ALWAYS look forward to The Grounds For Thought Holiday Boutique! Hope to see you there!!

10/02/2026

Schooner Farms & Inspired By Nature are by appointment from October 1 through March 1.
This time of year you’ll usually find us in the workshop, not out on the water — so a quick DM or a call to 419-669-4084 is the easiest way to set a time that works for both of us.
We’ll also open a few select weekends through the holiday season. Check back here for those dates as we lock them in.
See you in the shop (or on the pond, once the season turns).

🌡️ What the heat is doing to your pond right now:
• Explosive algae & stringy growth
• Murky, low-clarity water
• Sludge buildup on the bottom
• Nutrient spikes feeding the mess
Sound familiar? You’re not alone — but you don’t have to fight it alone either!”

Inspired By Nature, Natural Pond Management

06/30/2026

☀️ Ohio heat is here, friends — and our ponds are feeling it!
Warmer water = faster algae growth, murky conditions, lower oxygen, and stressed fish. Don’t wait for a green soup takeover!
At Inspired By Nature we’ve got a proven, natural system to keep your pond balanced and beautiful all summer long. Give Don a call at 419-669-4084 to learn how we can help you!

Lavender Fest Reminders 💜✨

It’s Lavender Fest week!! We are so excited to be showcasing 45 local vendors and 5 food trucks at the farm Saturday and Sunday from 10-5💜✨ (June 27 & 28)

We will host U-Pick as long as we are able. With the replant, we do have fewer plants to choose from this season but there are still really lovely bundles to be made!

We have gorgeous little pots of Ellagance Pink, Ellagance Snow, Hidcote, Munstead, Phenomenal, and Platinum Blonde ready for you to take home! $8 each

Reminders:
•We are a small family farm, welcoming you to our home. Please treat this place with the love and care that we do.

•This is a pet and smoke free farm

•Parking is limited, carpooling encouraged. We will have people here to direct you. Please drive slow and park where directed.

•Come ready to slow down, enjoy the atmosphere, and see all the amazing things people are making right here in our community 💜 Can’t wait to see you!
