Good bread starts with simple ingredients.
Organic flour, mineral-rich salt, time, and care 🤍

My homemade sourdough, currently priced at $7 is made with organic and unbleached flour every single time.
This all = bread that tastes better and feels better too ✨

Does anyone else out there have a starter?!

Starting out, it can be intimidating and feel like a lot of work…
In a way I think I enjoy that baking with sourdough is one thing now a days that isn’t instant and you can’t get immediately!

Did you know that from the point of “feeding” my starter until the time the bread is baked and cooled you can pretty much count on it being about 24 hours later?!

Also all this time and I haven’t made a name for my starter.. any suggestions??!

Wild blueberry with a hint of lemon foccacia 🍋🫐
