I’ve been trying to find a groove.. I’ve decided Wednesday - Sunday I’ll plan on drops at the Cutler/Grange location at lemonblumco 🍪🥖.
Monday & Tuesday will have items available if the days prior aren’t sold out 🫶🏼 - watch stories for daily updates!

Some different bread angles today -

Did you know…. This split in the bread has a name!
This is a bread “ear”.
For a baker this bread ear is the best sight they could see 😆
A bread ear means the bread was perfectly proofed (set on the counter rising the perfect amount of time), that there is good gluten strength in the dough, and the bread was baked at the right temperature.

The more I bake… the more I realize that baking is truly a science! 🍞🤓
