As an Auction and Estate Sale Representative, you will be at the forefront of showcasing unique assets and estate items to a diverse clientele. Your energetic approach, combined with exceptional negotiation skills, will help maximize sales outcomes while providing outstanding customer service. This role offers a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and sales expertise will shine, enabling you to build lasting relationships and grow our client base through effective outreach and engagement.

Connoisseurship: Having Broad Skill and Knowledge of understanding the value, history and authenticity of art, antiques and pottery.
Conduct outside sales activities by visiting potential clients, estate executors, dealers and other business partners to promote auction services and estate sales.
Negotiate terms with clients, buyers, and vendors to secure favorable deals that maximize asset value.
Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation through closing, ensuring consistent follow-up.
Support inventory management by cataloging assets accurately, maintaining detailed records of items for sale, and controlling inventory flow.
Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage prospects, answer inquiries, and provide compelling presentations during public speaking opportunities.
Upsell additional services such as consignments, or premium auction packages to enhance revenue streams.
Coordinate with internal teams on sales support activities, including organizing auction previews and managing logistics for estate sale events.

Proven experience in outside sales, or high-end retail environments with a focus on luxury or specialized assets.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent organizational skills paired with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
