Meet Laryssa, my PHS Class of 2016 Senior Rep. This girl is fierce! She has been accepted to 2 out of 3 (so far) of the colleges she has applied for and plans to become a teacher. I know she will do amazing. A lot of great things are in store for this girls future! Isn't she stunning?

Yesterday I found this stump at the side of my house, with what looks to be a cross. I snapped a picture of it not realizing it at first. I was trying to figure out a good background to help my sister with her wedding invitations, but then I saw it...God's been talking to me this past week, through dreams, through signs. Everywhere I turn it's something new. I'm a bit slow, so I'm still trying to figure out what it all means. Some will say the mind has a way of tricking you. Well, I would rather believe in something I can't see, but feel in my heart to be true, than wonder this world alone. I'm not the most religious person you will find, and I have a lot of short comings, but I do still believe in a power much greater than you nor I could ever imagine. This is just one of those many moments that make it real for me….

So, last Saturday I got to capture my very first birth session…It was quick, super quick! I took a picture of the clock as soon as I got in the room, and five minutes later there was a baby in Mama's arms quick…It was an awesome experience, and I am so grateful that they chose me to capture the birth of this very special rainbow baby. Mama rocked it, and he is absolutely perfect!
