“🚨 Heads up, Oklahoma friends! 🚨
Just got this scary text claiming my driver’s license is getting suspended on March 10, 2026, for some ‘official violation’ with DPS, and threatening collections, credit hits, etc. It even had a shady link to ‘pay now.’
Spoiler: It’s 100% a scam.
• Oklahoma DPS / Service Oklahoma NEVER sends unsolicited texts demanding payment or threatening suspension.
• They don’t use random out-of-state numbers or weird .bond links.
• This exact (or very similar) message has been going around for months—authorities like Tulsa PD, OHP, and Service OK have warned about it repeatedly.
If you get one: Delete it, don’t click anything, report as junk (or forward to 7726). Check your real license/registration status only on the official site: service.ok.gov or oklahoma.gov/dps.
