🚨 MEET “CHIP” & CHECK OUT HIS NEW TRUCK! 🚨

As our company continues to grow and expand into larger coverage areas, we know we need to adapt and continue improving how we serve our customers and support our team.

We’re excited to introduce a new position here at Express — our very own In-House Road Supervisor!

We’ve brought Chip into this role, where he’ll be able to put his leadership experience and industry knowledge to work supporting our drivers and customers on the road.

Some of Chip’s responsibilities will include:
• 📍 Member location assistance for our drivers
• 👀 Scene assessments
• 🚨 Scene safety, including additional lighting for nighttime and highway scenes
• 📋 Driver accountability
• 🔧 Truck and equipment management
• 🤝 Building and maintaining community relationships

Some of the perks of having Chip on the road:

Edgar has been a valued member of the Express team for the past two years. During that time, he has worked his way up from a light-duty road service technician to one of our go-to medium-duty flatbed operators.

Edgar takes tremendous pride in his equipment and is always committed to providing the best possible service to every customer he helps. His hard work, dedication, and positive attitude make him an important part of our team.

Meet Jamaal!

Jamaal has been a valued member of the Express team for just about a year, and in that time, he has consistently gone above and beyond. He takes great pride in caring for his equipment, and excels in handling both light and medium-duty AAA roadside service calls.

No matter the situation, Jamaal brings a positive attitude to every call. His professionalism, strong work ethic, and willingness to help both customers and coworkers make him an outstanding part of our team. He always knows how to put a smile on someone’s face and helps make each day a little better for those around him.

We want to thank Jamaal for everything he does for Express and for the customers he serves every single day.

Following such a tragic accident, members of our team were honored to assist with the recovery of the aircraft.

At the request of our good friends at Performance Automotive, our dive team was called in to assist with rigging the aircraft so it could be safely recovered.

While we were proud to lend a hand, we do not take full credit for the recovery. Our role was to assist alongside the many dedicated professionals involved in this operation. We would like to sincerely thank Performance Automotive for trusting our team and extending the opportunity to help. We also want to recognize and thank every agency involved for their professionalism, teamwork, and coordination throughout the recovery.

Most importantly, our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with the family, friends, and loved ones of the pilot during this incredibly difficult time.

☀️ SUMMER RUSH IS HERE – AREA EXPANSION! ☀️

Summer is officially here, and while the weather is bringing plenty of sunshine, our office and crews are feeling the heat too!

We want to take a moment to thank our incredible team—from our dispatchers and administrative staff to our maintenance team in the repair shop, and most importantly, the men and women out on the road every day getting the job done. None of what we accomplish would be possible without every single member of our team. We truly appreciate your hard work and dedication.

Our team is currently averaging around 400 calls every day, responding to everything from roadside assistance and police impounds to heavy-duty towing, equipment transport, and specialized recovery services. If you can name it, chances are we’re on it!

We’re also excited to announce another expansion to our service area! Express Towing is now proudly serving the communities of Hanson and Halifax. We look forward to providing the same fast, professional service our customers have come to expect.

To everyone who continues to trust us when you need help—thank you. And to all of our future customers, we look forward to building new relationships and being there when you need us most.

🚨 Fun Fact Friday! 🚨

Did you know Express Towing has five extended cab flatbeds in our fleet?

These trucks play a huge role in the services we provide every day. The extended cab allows us to safely transport more passengers when needed—whether we’re assisting at a motor vehicle crash, responding to a roadside breakdown, or helping police departments move multiple occupants to a safe location off the highway.

They’re also equipped with longer beds, allowing us to transport larger vehicles with ease, and side pullers, giving our operators the versatility to recover and load vehicles in challenging situations.

As our fleet continues to grow, we’re proud to add more of these specialized trucks. They help us provide safer, more efficient service and ensure we’re prepared for whatever call comes our way.

Express Towing is looking to add additional dispatchers to our growing team!

Our dispatchers are the center of our operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This position is fast-paced, customer-focused, and requires strong teamwork and communication skills.

As a dispatcher, you will:
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Dispatch and communicate with drivers
• Handle AAA service calls
• Process credit card transactions
• Coordinate with customers, police departments, and roadside assistance providers

We provide service to many communities for AAA, numerous local police departments, and two State Police barracks. It’s often organized chaos, so the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure is a must!

Dive Team News🤿

Today our team traded the South Shore for the city as we headed into Boston for an exciting day of water rescue training.

We had the privilege of working alongside the Boston Fire Department using our training vehicles in a hands-on rescue training environment. Today marked the first of a two-day training event, with additional opportunities for collaboration already on the horizon.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the members of the Boston Fire Department for the opportunity to train together and continue building a strong working relationship. Training alongside dedicated professionals from neighboring agencies strengthens our ability to respond effectively when emergencies happen.
