Today, we're thrilled to showcase photos of our third-generation bookbinder Mike Rahill, who embarked on his firefighting journey with the Northwood Engine Company 2 in Hopatcong, NJ, as a volunteer in 1994. Through unwavering dedication, he rose through the ranks to become Chief of the Department serving 2 years, later joined the Horry County Fire Department as a career firefighter. We're immensely proud of your remarkable journey and commitment to serving others, Mike Rahill. Continue to inspire others with your passion, leadership, and expertise, making a lasting impact in the fire service community. Part of Rotary District 7470 Vocational Firefighters Exchange Team to Hungary in 2016, sharing the knowledge of the American Firefighters and learning the ways of the Sopron Firefighter Team,, the two cultures intertwined by heritage as well. A bond of these two teams continue on today across the pond by email and such. Congratulations on 34 years of dedication to a field you were born for, and love, though spending 1/4 of a century as a terrific salesman and bookbinder for Turul Bookbindery Inc. , there is plenty of time and room for both professions in the years ahead.
