Today marks the first day of the rest of my life. (Dramatic, eh? Lol.) 🔥 But forreal, I’m so damn proud of myself for finishing my first semester of college, EVER. As a 31-year old. As someone who struggles (and still struggles) with her mental health at times.

📝 I’ve included the first paper I ever wrote for college. The assignment was a literacy narrative; writing about something we are good at. I chose.. surviving. Because if that isn’t true, I wouldn’t be here writing this to you all, for myself, right now.

I’m so damn proud of myself and now, no one can tell me S**T. 🌎🙏🏽🫶🏽🎉❤️🎊
