The woman in the arena isn’t flawless.
She shows up tired.
She doubts herself.
She makes decisions without full certainty.
She gets it wrong sometimes.
But she’s in it.
She’s the one doing the work while others watch.
Trying while others comment.
Learning while others critique.
Her face is marked by effort — not failure.
By courage — not perfection.
And even when she falls short,
She knows this:
It’s better to be in the arena,
than safe on the sidelines with opinions and no skin in the game.
