Finding joy has always been a struggle for me. Here is a great perspective.

Often people think that joy is hysterical excitement, and it truly isn't. Sometimes it can be, and it can be fun to be hysterically excited at a party or dancing around your own living room, but actually, joy comes from the root of the energy of peace. Joy can feel like peace, calm, and contentment. Joy and peace are on the same energy scale. So if you are struggling to feel joy because you haven't felt it for a long time, go a little lower down the scale as you experiment over the next three to six months and find activities, people, and places that bring you contentment, peace, a gentle lift in your mood, your experience, and keep experimenting and seeing what you can do to bring in more things that bring you joy.

I find this very comforting.

Spirit is your family. Spirit is not above you. Spirit is not more than you. You will return to spirit when you leave this life and you will decide whether or not you want to go back into form on this planet or somewhere else. You see, it is important to neutralize your view of the difference between you, your guide team, angelics. It is important to neutralize that first for you are connected to everything. You were born with a guide team. All of you will have different denominations in the team. There will be those who are there to help calibrate and support you energetically. There might be those who are assigned to work with your mind, for you have decided you are going to come in with a highly wired mind for your role on the planet, which requires a certain level of mind power to fulfill your mission.

So, you will be assigned a few energies and elementals that are wired for great minds. You may also be tapping into the energy field of some of the great minds of past history. You will often, for example, talk about thinking you are tapping into Einstein. Well that is true, but Einstein was not alone. Einstein had an incredible team. This is important to understand, just as you see yourself as a collective humanity, you also have to see yourself as a collective soul. You, as a soul, are connecting to the souls, beings, energies all around you.

Those of you who've been psychically inclined, or let's say, practiced for a long time, you'll be noticing leveling-ups going on in ways that you might be a little thrown by (as we often are). We get comfortable in the way that we are psychic or intuitive. No matter where you are in your connection to what you believe about yourself as an intuitive or psychic person, that energy is going up right now.

So, if you want to be caught in the tailwind of that, and on those revved up psychic highways and if you're struggling with grounding, I always find it’s great to write things down; either what I'm noticing or experiencing in myself as a response to the psychic messages or experiences, but equally, writing the messages themselves down. Even if you're a visual psychic person and you are more "sensing" things, you might want to take some notes about what it is that you're feeling. Whenever we take notes in that way, it really helps us ground something that can otherwise be very etheric and a little unknown to us. Certainly, in our time in history, in our culture, we haven't had much training, initiation or support around recognizing that we're all intuitive. We just haven't remembered to be able to connect into those realms where there is so much information and sensory experience that we can have.
