Got a call from a local municipality this afternoon, they were trying to set a drain basin, halfway into the lift realized that their backhoe was a little too light creating a dangerous situation, fortunately we were able to move some things around and get a machine on site to help them finish up. Always happy to help out our civil servants.

I get asked for recommendations for loggers pretty regularly, these three are all local, highly reputable, qualified and trust worthy, not to mention just great people, Never hire a logger without checking references.

This is off-road fuel at $5.89 for the loaders this morning, highway fuel for the trucks of which we will burn 150 gallons today is $6.29. we've held out as long as we could in hopes that prices would come back down. Monday 9/21/26 we will be implementing a new price structure Delivery is moving from $120 per load to $140 per load within 20 miles of the quarry and an additional $5 per loaded mile after 20 miles. All machine work will increase the minimums by $100.00 and hourly rates will increase, varying by machine. If fuel drops back below $4 we will make reverse adjustments. Thank you for your attention

Some drone shots of the project we've been working on, at Martin Prairie Farms. This is the largest earth move for us to date, with around 50,000 yards of dirt and gravel moved, the pond at full pool will be just shy of 10 million gallons of water, over 100 loads of crushed lime stone gravel, banks lined with three inch clean and a walking path paved with 1" road rock all the way around. State approved entrance to the highway, a two lane crowned and ditched road. A big thanks to The Martin family for choosing us, and to Nemo Quarry for supplying all of the aggregate for this project, and to My Niece Taylersphotos for the drone work.

Once we finish laying the 3" and get the final grade on the gravel this is going to look awesome, even if it is 7pm and we're still at it.
